What is TICS?

TICS stands for the TinyMU* Core Server. This package, written in C++, is intended to be capable of emulating the majority of popular MU* servers, as well as running in a native mode. The primary internal language is partially derived from a Common Lisp base, with a number of extensions to support network connections, persistant objects, and other MU*-related items.
